New Playgroup
Moira's new friend Allie. She will be a big sister in a couple of weeks.
Connor, Daniella and Moi.
Moira playing with the coasters.Wendy invited us to join her playgroup that meets on thursdays. This one has older kids, like 12-15 months, so they can teach Moira and Connor new tricks, like how to walk and talk. Two of the older kids were playing with a push toy, and it was funny and interesting to see Moira crawl over to it and want to push it, but the older kids were already pushing it. She was "ugh, ugh"ing and then she started crying. We got out another push toy for her, but then the big girls wanted that one, so she ended up pushing around the original one that she wanted. The 14 month old little girl kept pointing at Moira and saying "baby!". That was cute. Her mom was trying to tell her that no, this is a big girl just like you. Her mom is due to have a baby in a couple of weeks! She said that they have been practicing with a babydoll. The mom will feed the baby doll with a fake bottle and tell the little girl, you have to wait, the baby is getting her bottle. I guess the little girl (Allie) does fine with it, but once the mom hands the baby to her husband, Allie freaks out and throws the baby to the ground. I guess she is a daddy's girl!
Moira slept through the night again last night and was up at 6:20. I had a hard time getting her down for a nap after playgroup, but she finally went to sleep after drinking 10 oz. I guess she was thirsty.
Also, Moira's one top tooth is finally a little nub of a thing. I saw this evening that she has another getting ready to pop through. It's off to the side on the top left. She will be asymetrical.
We are excited for baby boy Hogan!
