Christmas in Portsmouth

We had a nice time celebrating Christmas in Portsmouth last weekend. We went to Grandma and Grandpa's house Friday afternoon and Moi breezed by the presents and all she wanted to do was go up to "her" room and hang out with Grandma for about an hour. Finally she moosied down and found this rocking lion that plays the hokey pokey and was super excited about it and all her presents. We joked that she is the best present opener and receiver for Grandma b/c Grandma has always liked the present process to be long and drawn out and Moira is great at opening one present, getting really excited about it, playing with it, then going and doing something else for awhile before digging into the next present.
The next day, we celebrated with all the Russell's at Great Grammy and Grampy's house. We ate dinner first, and Grammy was nice enough to buy Maren and Moira their own little table and had some craft supplies for them. I heard Moira calling to open the presents but cousin Maren explained "patience" to her, probably much more effectively than I could. They played outside for awhile, as it was another great day. Moi did great opening all the presents and was Grampy's official helper collecting all the wrapping paper and putting it in the trash bag. She really loved her presents, and changed outfits like 4 times b/c she got a bunch of cute clothes.
I think that about sums up Christmas!
We are excited for baby boy Hogan!
