Saying Daddy & Moira has a new Boyfriend.

This weekend, we attempted to attend the Christmas Parade that was only 2 blocks away from out house. It was way too cold though, and Moi got fussy, so we decided to go to Cosi instead. Fortunately, it was not too crowded. We let her walk around the actual exhibits, instead of just going right to Kidspace. She seemed to enjoy that. She was a little afraid in the "Space" exhibit, but not for long.
Here is our attempt to walk to the parade. She didn't care for these mittens, but seemed to understand that it was very cold out, and shouldn't take them off.
Moi and Kodos looking out the front door. I like how her curls look.
Here is Moi pushing a toy in Kidspace.
Moi found daddy's flask in the tuperwear drawer. She walks around pretending to drink from it. Also, she found my diet coke bottle and brought it up to give it to me saying "ba ba". Yes, that's right, the diet coke is ma ma's ba ba!
She has started saying "Daddy". It sound like "Daaaa- Deee". She knows that it means Chris. She says it when he walks in the room or when things remind her of him in the house.
She is very good at identifying fishies or where fishies might live. Any body of water that she sees in person or in a photo, she says "fishies!" I got some fish decals to put on her closet door. She is so excited about them. When Chris got home last night, she ran up to them to point them out to him. Score.
She went up to the Christmas tree last night and said "tree".
We stopped by Melissa's kitchen warming party this weekend. We took her dancing snow man so I would have something to entertain her. She would press the button and dance to it everytime someone new showed up. She was very fussy for the party. I don't know why, but we ended up walking up and down the street for most of it. That always keeps her happy.
Moira has a new boyfriend. My friend Lauren had a baby boy this morning at 1:30 am. His name is Brody Ellis and he was 8 lbs 14 oz and 22 1/2" long. She already has a boy who is 17 months old, so she is going to have her hands full! We will have to prepare some baked good for them.
